Eligible for Return:
- Damaged or spoiled products received
- Wrong product delivered
- Products not matching description

NOT Eligible for Return:
- Fresh produce that has been consumed or partially used
- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery

How to Request a Return

Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Exchange Policy
- We offer free exchange for wrong or damaged products
- Exchange will be arranged on the next available delivery date
- No exchange on perishable items unless damaged/wrong
